Resources for Mental Health Awareness Month

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and as such, what better time is there to share resources than now? In conjunction with MHA, the Mental Health Association of San Francisco outlines resources for managing the nitty-gritty of mental health. From stress relief methods to coping with anger, these strategies might prove helpful the next time mental health symptoms begin rising to the surface.

Hopefully, some of these tips find a place in your mental health practice. If you are looking for some folks to trade strategies with, check out some of our support groups. Our Peer-Run Warm Line is open for anyone feeling overwhelmed with mental health symptoms. Please take care of yourself this month and beyond!
