#WellnessWeek

As we continue with #WellnessWeek, MHASF would like to enhance your knowledge of the importance of sleep.

One of the most important roles that plays in your physical health is sleep. Getting at least 6-8 hours of sleep every night can improve various physical and mental health aspects...

  • Sleep can relax and lower stress
  • It improves your mood and energy for your body throughout the day

Ten to twenty-five minutes is best for a quick power nap. Taking 30-60 minute naps can give you the same energy, but grogginess is common when waking up from longer naps.
